How to Upload Your Prescription

Step 1: Clear Photo

Take a clear, well-lit photo. Patient name, medicines, dosage, and doctor’s signature must be readable.

Step 2: Upload at Checkout

Upload your prescription image (JPG, PNG, PDF) when prompted at checkout.

Step 3: Verification

Our pharmacist reviews it, usually within hours. You’ll be notified when Approved.

Step 4: Dispatched

Once approved, your order is packed and dispatched. Track under My Account → Orders.
